The Comfort Chair meets EN 1335:2020 type A and the Dutch NPR 1813:2025, the Netweave Chair NEN-EN 1335, both from an ISO 14001 manufacturer. Sit stand desks run from 650 to 1300 millimetres on electric lifting columns. Every product page lists what it complies with and has a datasheet for BREEAM, WELL and sustainability reports.
One colour, so everything can be fixed
RAL 7044 since 2016. A castor, a top, a new fabric: every part fits every year, so we repair and upgrade instead of replacing.

Because nothing has changed colour in ten years, a part from 2026 fits a chair from 2016. We keep castors, gas lifts, tops, hooks, keys and refills in stock for at least five years after purchase. A crank desk can become a sit stand desk; a chair gets new fabric and goes on for another decade.
Taken back, even after ten years
We get chairs back that are ten years old. They are refurbished and sold again, with warranty. Old Boring furniture never ends up in a skip.

When an office moves or shrinks, we collect the Boring furniture. What can be refurbished is refurbished and sold again with six months warranty; what cannot is taken apart by material. It is a second life, not a certificate.

Companies
Tell us how many people, where, and when. We send a quote with delivery and assembly, usually within two working days. Smaller orders ship from stock within two weeks; larger orders within eight. When you are done with it, we take it back.
Architects and designers
Datasheets and pCon data for every product, samples of the fabric and the grey, and a straight answer on lead times. Your interior gets the attention. We have been doing this since 2016.
Dealers and agents
We appoint a limited number of partners per country, with a showroom set, dealer pricing and marketing material. The Netherlands and Belgium are served by our agents Jupiter Spaces. Next: Scandinavia and London.
Rent, pay for use
Through Pay for Use you rent the collection per month, cancel monthly, or rent to own. Refurbished pieces at a lower price with six months warranty. Old Boring furniture is taken back.

For the programme of requirements- Chairs Comfort Chair EN 1335:2020 type A and NPR 1813:2025. Netweave Chair NEN-EN 1335. Manufacturer ISO 14001. 63 to 67 percent recycled material, 98 to 99 percent recyclable, CFC free foam, 125 kilogram user weight.
- Desks EN 527. Future Desk and Future Duo Desk on electric lifting columns, 650 to 1300 millimetres, 50 millimetres per second at 42 decibels, 100 kilogram dynamic load. Classic desks 630 to 1170 millimetres.
- Tops Pfleiderer OrganicBoard Pure, 25 millimetres, 100 percent recycled wood, formaldehyde free biogenic glue, Blue Angel.
- Light UGR below 16, downlight 3000 kelvin CRI above 90, uplight tunable white 2200 to 6500 kelvin, SDCM below 5, DALI, IP40, IK06, about 170 lumen per watt, EU Declaration of Conformity.
- Fabric Regain by Fabraa, 100 percent recycled PET face and backing, more than 100,000 Martindale rubs, washable at 30 degrees.
- Screens Two layers Basotect foam in a wooden frame, upholstered in Regain, 45 millimetres. Made in Lithuania.

Pay for the desks you use this year.
Not every company knows how many people it will have in two years. Through Pay for Use you rent Boring furniture per month, from one workplace to a whole floor, delivered and assembled, cancellable monthly. When you grow, add desks. When you shrink, send them back; they go into the refurbishment programme. Companies that know they will stay can rent to own, and keep the furniture after a fixed term.
Boring fact
Ask the team about the future and they will say world domination with a straight face. They mean grey desks in offices across the world.

The people
Four men in workers coats built their own private office out of paper bin boxes.
The designers, Remi Versteeg and Stijn de Weerd of Beyond Space, and the Boring agents Joep Dyckhoff and Pieter Kraaijenbrink of Jupiter Spaces, at OBJECT Rotterdam. Between them they answer every question about the collection, from a single chair to a floor of desks. The office in the picture was forbidden for bosses.
